Blue Run Media provides professional real estate media for agents who want a reliable and straightforward experience from scheduling to delivery. Blue Run Media is based in Dunnellon and serves agents throughout North Central Florida.
The business grew out of years of professional photography experience and a shared belief that great work should come with clear communication, consistency, and personal service.
Before Blue Run Media, Fabio and Adri spent years running a photography business together and working as preferred vendors for venues including Bellagio, Tropicana, SLS Las Vegas, and Las Vegas Country Club.
Today, Fabio focuses on real estate media while Adri helps with client communication and continues her work in branding photography through Portraits by Adri.
Fabio
Fabio handles the real estate media side of Blue Run Media, including photography, drone, video, reels, floor plans, 3D tours, property websites, and marketing kits.
He works directly with agents at the property and focuses on making the process simple, reliable, and easy to repeat from one listing to the next.
Adri
Adri helps with scheduling and client communication, making sure the process feels personal and organized.
She is also the photographer behind Portraits by Adri, where she focuses on branding photography for professionals and business owners. For Blue Run Media clients, she also provides professional headshots.
